What other water sports do you do and how long?

Surfing for 3 years, surf foiling for 2 years, wing foiling for just 9 months and I am beginning to learn kite.

What do you like about wing foiling?

The endless possibilities, being free when you take waves and go back in the lineup so easily and fast.

How did you learn and how long did it take you to wing foil?

I learned in easy conditions. I think it took me one hour to two hours to fly on the foil with the wing.

What is your favorite gear combination and why?

Armstrong a-wing 3.5, Pom custom board, Armstrong Foil HS 1050 or HS 625 with 85 mast. For me, it is the most light, rigid, strong gear that you could have.

What was your favorite wing surfing session?

My favorite wing surfing session was with my friends in stormy conditions and big waves. There was nobody in the water only me and my friends. It was awesome.

What do you want or believe will significantly improve the wing foiling gear?

Not a lot because the most brands that make wings are kite brands and they already know what they are doing but the smallest and most powerful wing would be the best and maybe it would improve with handle and wishbone.

What tips or recommendations do you have for anyone who wants to start?

Have a big board with a lot a volume enough to stand on it easily, and a big foil that glides easy and have easy spot to learn.

What is your biggest water sport achievement?

Won a surf foil contest in France and got second on surf foil Dutch championship.
