What other water sports do you do and how long?

Kitesurfing instructor for 5 years, surfing and wing foiling.

What do you like about wing foiling?

Being able to go straight up to the point and as soon as you catch the wave you fully depowered in the wing and it's just pure glide in the waves.

How did you learn and how long did it take you to wing foil?

I learned in Antigua during my kite season after my school received the gear, and went out for like an hour on the SUP and then flew on the foil after a couple attempts.

What is your favorite gear combination and why?

I've been using the lift foils for a while and actually love it. Then using Ozone wasp because I like how it flies and shaping my own board's full carbon kevlar.

What was your favorite wing surfing session?

Being in Antigua alone in 2m waves with turtles around. Sick memories!

What do you want or believe will significantly improve the wing foiling gear?

Probably pushing it in different conditions has Kai Lenny in big waves or matahi drollet in barrels as a surf foiler. Just crazy skilled people pushing the limits

What tips or recommendations do you have for anyone who wants to start?

First, start behind a boat to fly the foil then use a SUP for the first flight of the wing. And last go give it a shot with both.

What is your biggest water sport achievement?

Having fun with sharks around!
